Shipping Options.
The RV Pro ships most of its order Via UPS. You have the option of choosing what method of UPS shipping you desire at checkout.  If you choose UPS ground shipping, your order may take between 2 to 8 days depending on were you live. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as days in transit. The RV Pro reserves the right to ship with any carrier without notice.  Free shipping is for ground service only to the Continental United States, shipping charges may be later applied to returned items.
 
Alternative Shipping.
We can only ship using our own shipping account. 

International Shipping.
International orders are shipped United States Postal Service Air.  All import taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, we cannot put false values or “gift” on international shipments.  Make sure the item is legal for import and allowed in your country BEFORE you order, any item(s) seized by customs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. If customs refuses entry of your item and it is returned to us, you the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.  We can only ship using our own shipping account.  All international orders display a shipping line item inclusive of both shipping and handling fees.

Large Item Shipping. 
Many large items may be shipped ground freight.

Tracking Your Order.
The RV Pro offers all customers the ability to track their package online. Simply log into your account at the "Order Tracking/Status" option at the top of our web site and log in. Open the order that you desire to track and click on the tracking number. You will automatically be forwarded to the UPS web site and the status of your order will be displayed.
